CASTLE EASTERHEAD HANGER (2024)
Stories about castles and obscure monuments loomed large in my book-fed childhood. This sculpture pays homage to these fanciful worlds, filled with inscrutable power and magic. Sturdy steel powdercoated in a textured black finish. Designed so that the top two pieces interlock into those beneath them in a hardware-free assembly. The lower column attaches to the heavy base with two bolts. This piece is part of the collection ""Bad Graces,"" conceived and designed during a period when I lost the ability to walk. Made to order, with a current build time of 5-7 weeks. Current colors are all black with silver teardrop base and black/blue/green. Contact me for custom colors.
