GUADALUPE BOW (2024)
The comfort of iconography was a daily presence in my formative life, and it slipped into the bone structure of this brutalist-manqué piece. It reminds me of the hopefulness of youth, when the world and dreams are huge, bigger than white clouds over the desert. This piece is part of the collection "Bad Graces," conceived and designed during a period when I lost the ability to walk. Made to order, with a current build time of 3-4 weeks. Current pieces are Guadalupe Bow I (a couple of inches taller), Guadalupe Bow II (a couple of inches shorter).
